“The Roost” is located on approximately half an acre on Tilghman Island, on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. It is available for short-term (weekends or weekly) or long-term rentals and sleeps six. It is a cottage-style home built in 1950 that has had many upgrades in the past ten years. There are three bedrooms and two full baths, an eat-in kitchen, a utility room, a living room, and a four-season porch. The home is cozy and light, with many windows and skylights.
